Time for rest is a must – The Sun & The Sun (working and easy tips to a new mum on how to stay happy and fine)

Remember: even a mom deserves a good chill out. When a child sleeps use this time to… simply lie in your bed too – with no smartphone in hands (!) Just relax, breathe and concentrate on the state of peace inside. Breathe in and out. One more tip is to watch some quiet and positive series when possible. It can really uplift your feelings and help you switch your mind from usual cares and millions of things to be done.
