Praise yourself – The Sun & The Sun (working and easy tips to a new mum on how to stay happy and fine)

When a baby is born they inevitably become the main member of the family, its center. Could say, they are like the Sun in the Solar system. So sweet, nice, warm and dear. Who is their mother then? Hmm, maybe the Moon. Gentle, caring, always near like the satellite…pale and sleepy sometimes (or often).

It’s a must to take care of your child and it’s normal when you try to do your best but you also must take care of yourself because you still have your needs. Here are the tips that can help a new mom stay safe and sound , happy and contented , which is extremely important both for her and her little baby who needs healthy and cheerful parents.


1. Praise yourself

We can criticize ourselves, people and things so well. But why not to praise ourselves a bit? You gave a birth to a new human being. The long way is behind. You were giving your love and physical powers to make a new life grow in you. You were so careful, you tried your best to protect your child from possible risks and let them finally be safely born . Well, say it to yourself and I am saying to you, ‘Well done!’
