Make your parenthood easier

In this article, I would like to tell you about some simple way to make baby care nice and quiet.

What is it?

Keeping diary notes. Oh no, I don’t mean those long texts about each event of your life, though that kind of diary is also really useful for keeping psychological balance and self-expression.

Here a baby’s diary is meant.

Each note may have a simple structure – some captions and a few sentences to them.

The following captions can be enlisted:

  1. Wake Up Time
  2. Baby’s Temperature
  3. Baby’s Mood
  4. Activities (your usual hygienic and care routines with the baby)
  5. 1st (and 2nd)Day Sleep (time and length)
  6. Time together (you can shortly describe how you play with the baby and what you do for their development)
  7. Baby’s New Skills (parents are always the first to spot their baby’s progress, keep the track of your kid’s achievements)
  8. Baby’s Stool (this data is very important because it represents your baby’s general state of health as well as the state of their digestive system)
  9. Night Sleep Time
  10. Special Notes and Your Feelings
  11. Baby’s Weight (weekly)

You can add other captions (feeding times and questions to ask during the next visit to the pediatrician, for example). As your baby grows you may also include here information on how they react to different kinds of food and their favourite activities.

The main benefit of this diary is making your everyday cares clear because you know that at the end of the day you will need to put a tick everywhere and write something. You will be navigated through the day, thus, relaxed and disciplined.

Have a try. It works!
